What they need
Oversees daily online grocery operations for the Grab App and Landmark.ph, ensuring accurate order processing, efficient fulfillment, and timely delivery. Supervises and coordinates pickers serving both platforms and manages delivery rider coordination for Landmark.ph.
The role monitors orders from receipt through completion, resolves customer concerns, maintains accurate operational records, and coordinates with relevant store departments to address product availability and service issues. Requires strong supervisory, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a consistent focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
