Duties

• Host live streaming sessions to showcase products, conduct demos, and promote brand offerings to a broad online audience
• Engage viewers through lively interactions, answering questions, handling objections, and encouraging participation to maximize viewer retention
• Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, scheduling broadcasts, and growing followers through strategic marketing efforts
• Collect data on viewer preferences, engagement metrics, and sales conversions to inform future content strategies
• Collaborate with marketing teams to plan promotional campaigns and in-person events that align with live streaming activities
• Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional in-stream customer service and personalized product recommendations
• Promote products effectively during live sessions by highlighting features, benefits, and unique selling points to boost sales

Experience

• Previous experience in service or retail environments is highly desirable for understanding customer needs and product presentation techniques
• Proven ability in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing is a plus
• Strong communication skills with public speaking experience to confidently present products and engage viewers
• Familiarity with data collection tools and analytics platforms to track engagement and sales performance
• Experience in event marketing or in-person customer service helps enhance live interaction skills
• Technical proficiency with streaming software, social media platforms, and basic retail store product knowledge is a plus.
• Familiar with TikTok platform and the backstage manager is a plus.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
