Online Luxury Authenticator

LegitGrails is Hiring: Experienced Luxury Authenticator (Remote). Your location doesn't matter.

We’re growing our authentication team and looking for professionals who treat authentication as a craft. In LegitGrails, it's built on accuracy, consistency, and accountability.

This is not an entry-level role. If you have real, hands-on experience authenticating luxury goods and take pride in getting it right every time, we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Authenticating luxury items based on images across multiple categories - handbags, jewelry, watches, and more

• Analyzing materials, construction, hardware, engravings, serials, and brand-specific indicators

• Making independent authentication decisions to a consistently high standard

• Passing regular internal accuracy tests (weekly and monthly) to maintain quality benchmarks

Who This Role Is For

• Authenticators with proven, hands-on experience across multiple luxury brands and categories

• Professionals who understand that accuracy is non-negotiable - not a target, a baseline

• Self-directed individuals comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Strong Differentiators

• Experience training or mentoring other authenticators

• Background in building or improving authentication guidelines or workflows

• Education in fashion, luxury, or related fields

What You Can Expect

• Fully remote, image-based mobile app work with a pay-per-order compensation system

• Clear quality standards

• Long-term collaboration and room to grow within the platform
