Online Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Online Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As Online Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and optimizing our digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement and conversions. This role plays a pivotal part in our marketing communications efforts and directly contributes to achieving our business objectives in an increasingly digital marketplace.

Our company is in the casino / igaming field, whilst knowledge isn't required it's a massive plus.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and executing comprehensive online marketing strategies across multiple digital channels, including social media, email, search engines and display advertising
• Managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social ads, display) to maximize ROI and meet performance targets
• Creating and curating engaging digital content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with brand messaging
• Monitoring and analysing digital marketing metrics, providing regular performance reports and actionable insights to inform strategy adjustments
• Managing social media accounts, developing content calendars and fostering community engagement across platforms
• Collaborating with internal teams including design, sales and customer service to ensure cohesive marketing initiatives
• Staying current with digital marketing trends, tools and best practices to maintain competitive advantage
• Testing and optimising website user experience and conversion funnels to improve campaign performance
• Managing digital marketing budgets and ensuring efficient allocation of resources

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of proven experience in online marketing, digital marketing or marketing communications roles
• Strong proficiency with digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite and email marketing software
• Demonstrated experience managing paid advertising campaigns with measurable results and strong ROI optimisation
• Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM and content marketing principles and best practices
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Proficiency in social media marketing and community management across multiple platforms
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritise effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Relevant digital marketing certifications (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads or HubSpot) are highly desirable
