• Grow through ongoing mentorship and professional development
• Maintain accurate digital documentation and manage follow-up communication

Qualifications

• Customer service or consultative experience preferred, not required
• Comfortable in virtual meetings and using digital tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• A heart for helping people and supporting a purpose-driven mission
• Reliable internet connection and Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam
• Willingness and ability to obtain required state licensing, if applicable
• A self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills
• Eligible to work in the United States
