About Our Role

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Online Store team as an Online Operations Coordinator.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our online store, ensuring orders are processed efficiently, deliveries run smoothly and customers receive exceptional service.

You’ll be involved in everything from order management and pack planning to courier coordination, customer communications and general administration, alongside support in packing orders.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a process-driven environment, enjoys problem-solving and takes pride in keeping things organised and running efficiently working in a full-time capacity, 40 hours a week from Monday - Friday.

Desirable skills

• Previous experience in eCommerce, customer service or administration.
• Experience in order processing, logistics or courier coordination.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace, CRM and order management systems.
• Experience in problem-solving and process improvement.
• Background knowledge or personal experience in raw feeding cats and dogs.
• Animal-related qualifications or experience.

Raw feeding knowledge and experience is definitely a bonus but not a pre-requisite as everyone who joins our team (including vets nurses and regular raw feeders) go through our Raw Feeding training program.
