Online Pharmacist

• Verify and validate prescriptions received through the online pharmacy platform.
• Review medication orders for accuracy, dosage, frequency, and potential drug interactions.
• Ensure the appropriate dispensing of prescription and over-the-counter medicines in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Provide accurate information to customers regarding medication usage, dosage, storage, and precautions.
• Identify and escalate potential medication errors, contraindications, and prescription-related concerns.
• Coordinate with doctors, pharmacy staff, and customer support teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, dispensing activities, and customer queries.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, ethical standards, and company policies.
• Handle customer queries related to medicines and their proper use.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and protect sensitive medical information.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Pharmacy: 1 year (Required)
• KSPC License: 1 year (Required)
