ONLINE PICKER and PACKER

Job Summary The Online Picker / Packer accurately picks, packs, and prepares online customer orders for dispatch, and serves as the point of coordination between customers, couriers, and internal departments to ensure orders are complete, correct, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Picking and Packing: Pick items for online orders based on the order list (product, variant, quantity), check them against the order, and pack them securely with the correct labels and inclusions.
• Order Records: Record and update order status, picking lists, packing logs, and daily dispatch reports using MS Excel; keep records complete and accurate.
• Customer Coordination and Assistance: Respond to customer and online platform inquiries on order status, wrong or missing items, and returns or exchanges, and assist customers courteously and promptly.
• Courier Coordination: Prepare packed orders for courier pick-up, coordinate handover with couriers, and follow up on delayed or failed deliveries.
• Stock Checking: Check product condition and expiry details when picking, and report low stock, damaged, or discrepant items to the concerned department.
• Interdepartment Coordination: Coordinate with Marketing, Warehouse/Inventory, Logistics, and Finance on promotions, stock availability, order concerns, and reports.
• Housekeeping and Compliance: Keep the packing area clean and organized, and follow company policies, food safety, and handling procedures.
• Other Duties: Perform other tasks related to online order fulfillment as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• At least college level or graduate preferred.
• Experience in order processing, e-commerce fulfillment, or customer service is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic MS Office skills (Excel for encoding, sorting, and simple formulas; Word and Outlook for basic documents and email).
• Keen on details with a high level of accuracy in checking orders and records.
• Good communication skills in English and Filipino; able to assist customers courteously, in person, by chat, or by email.
• Able to coordinate and follow up with different departments and external partners.
• Organized, reliable, and able to meet daily dispatch deadlines.
• Able to stand for long periods and handle packages as needed.
