Online Proctor

We’re looking for a Certification & Assessment Proctor to oversee and administer skill certifications. This role ensures a fair, consistent, and secure testing environment — upholding the integrity of assessments that determine trainee readiness and qualification for client-facing deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer certification exams.
• Supervise exam sessions to prevent misconduct, ensure rule adherence, and maintain confidentiality.
• Validate candidate’s identities, confirm eligibility, and ensure test environment readiness before each session.
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of exam materials.
• Monitor system performance and escalate technical issues affecting testing integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and professionalism in handling candidates

• Basic technical proficiency.

• High integrity and reliability, with the ability to enforce compliance and fairness consistently.

• Willingness to work on-site as needed for exam facilitation or simulation supervision.
