Online Retail Executive

About the role

TLCBBQ Express is expanding its online retail business and seeking an Online Retail Executive to support growing digital sales channels. The role involves handling orders across multiple platforms, managing product listings, providing customer service, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting online promotions and sales reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Handle orders via WhatsApp, Instagram, and website platforms
• Upload and update product listings and manage inventory
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide after-sales support
• Coordinate with kitchen and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
• Online promotions and marketing activities
• Prepare basic sales reports and data summaries
• Check and process orders daily from WhatsApp Business, Instagram DM, company website and online store
• Confirm order details including products, quantities, delivery/collection times and locations
• Handle payments, issue invoices and update order status
• Update product descriptions, prices, images, promotional information and inventory quantities

About you

• Diploma or above in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines
• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, customer service, or retail (F&B experience preferred)
• Fluent in Cantonese and basic English (spoken and written)
• Proficient in WhatsApp Business, Instagram, MS Excel, and Canva
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask effectively
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) is an advantage

• Monthly salary: HK$18,000 – $22,000 (depending on experience)
