About the role
Handle online customer enquiries and convert qualified leads into sales for CTG Group.
What you will do
Respond to customer enquiries through chat, WhatsApp and social channels.
Explain products, follow up leads and guide customers through purchase.
Manage order and payment updates and support after-sales service.
Track sales activity and work towards individual and team KPIs.
What we are looking for
Experience in online sales, customer service or consultative selling.
Confident written and verbal communication.
Proactive, customer-focused and comfortable with targets.
