What You’ll Do:

As an eCommerce Sales Associate, you will play a key role in expanding Lev’s Pawn Shop’s online sales presence by sourcing, merchandising, and selling inventory across leading eCommerce platforms. You will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class digital customer experience while ensuring operational excellence from listing through shipment.

• Source, evaluate, and select sellable inventory from Lev’s Pawn Shop locations for online resale.
• Clean, inspect, test, and authenticate merchandise to ensure quality, functionality, and accurate representation.
• Create compelling and accurate product listings, including professional-quality photos, detailed descriptions, and competitive pricing, for platforms such as eBay and other online marketplaces.
• Manage and maintain online listings, ensuring compliance with marketplace policies and Lev’s brand standards.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, negotiate when appropriate, and deliver an exceptional online buying experience.
• Protect and enhance Lev’s online reputation by maintaining strong seller ratings and positive feedback across all eCommerce platforms.
• Process orders from purchase to fulfillment, including selecting cost-effective shipping methods, securely packaging merchandise, and ensuring timely shipment.
• Maintain an organized, efficient workspace and inventory system to support fast turnaround times and accurate order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with store teams and leadership to identify high-value inventory and continuously improve online sales performance.

What You’ll Bring:

• 1+ year of experience in an eCommerce, online sales, or digital marketplace role.
• Hands-on experience selling new or pre-owned merchandise on platforms such as eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, OfferUp, or similar.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with online customers.
• Comfortable using technology and digital tools, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, internet browsers, and email.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and independently lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

We’d like to see:

• Prior experience owning and operating an eBay or Facebook Marketplace storefront.
• Knowledge of and experience selling any of the following merchandise categories: jewelry, video game systems, computers, cell phones, memorabilia, firearms, and/or musical instruments/equipment.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 48.0 per week
