Online Sales Executive

Role & Responsibilities

• Online Targets - Meeting monthly sales target & outperform him/herself.
• Able to speak/communicate to customers via brand mediums like webchats, WhatsApp, and email & convert them to purchases.
• Managing the Online Reputation of the brand by answering & solving all consumer queries (Comments & Direct Messages) via platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn & so on.
• Focusing on reducing the First Response Time (FRT) along with successfully converting leads via the website or our physical stores.
• Converting maximum abandon cart orders by getting in touch with each client. While doing so, also prepare a list of feedback from such clients to improve the brand experience.
• Responsible for improving the brand CSAT & NPS score. Working with the team on getting the right information and closing the tickets accordingly.

Skills:

• 4-5 years of Online Sales experience
• Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Zoho, Freshdesk, Limechat or similar ones.
• Ideally should come from fine jewellery or premium brands .
• Focuses on a quick turnaround time for maximum output.
