Responsibilities / 工作职责

English:

• Engage with customers via messaging platforms, calls, or online channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Introduce and explain company services clearly to customers
• Follow up with potential customers and manage sales leads
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Achieve individual and team sales targets

Requirements / 任职要求

English:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers
• Comfortable communicating with customers via online platforms or calls
• Sales-driven mindset with strong interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
