Online Sales Trainee

We are looking for motivated and responsible Sales Trainees (preferably females) to join our evening shift.

Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with international clients primarily through email.
• Respond to client inquiries and assist with product and sales-related queries.
• Prepare and send quotations and follow up with potential clients.
• Research products, prices, and customer requirements online.
• Handle computer systems, websites, and online tools for daily sales activities.
• Maintain accurate records of client communication and sales activities.
• Follow up with clients and ensure timely responses.
• Learn and understand computer hardware products and their specifications.

Requirements:

• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using computers, websites, and online tools.
• Responsible, punctual, and committed to assigned tasks.
• Quick learner with a willingness to develop sales and product knowledge.
• Ability to communicate professionally with international clients.
• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of computer hardware is a plus, but not required.

Please note the shift timings are from evening 04:00 PM to 12:00 AM midnight.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 per month
