Online Store Admin

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Online Store Admin to support the daily operations of our online stores. This role will handle product listings, online selling platforms, promotions, store monitoring, and coordination with internal teams to help maintain efficient and effective e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product listings across various e-commerce platforms
• Update product information, including descriptions, images, prices, and promotions
• Monitor daily activities and store operations across assigned online accounts
• Assist in implementing online promotions, campaigns, and sales activities
• Monitor sales performance, store metrics, and other relevant e-commerce data
• Prepare and maintain reports for store activities and performance
• Monitor assigned KPIs and performance targets related to e-commerce operations
• Identify and address listing errors, account concerns, and other platform-related issues
• Coordinate with warehouse, operations, marketing, and other internal teams to resolve concerns
• Support initiatives that improve online store performance, sales, and customer experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field
• At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in e-commerce, or a related field
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online selling is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of editing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar software is a plus
• Familiarity with data monitoring, reporting, and performance tracking
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks
• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn
• Comfortable working with reports and performance targets
• Willing to work onsite
