Online Store Manager

Job Summary:
A new opportunity is open for a highly organized E-commerce Operations VA to keep the online store and marketplace channels of our well-established jewelry brand running smoothly every day. The role spans order processing, website maintenance, product listings on Amazon and Nordstrom Marketplace, social shop management, and product preparation for our website customizer. The perfect fit is someone meticulous and comfortable with tech, just as at ease processing orders as making light code updates or working in Photoshop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Shopify and Nordstrom Marketplace orders, create airway bills (AWBs), and keep stock levels accurate
• Reply to customer inquiries with friendly, timely support
• Watch the website to make sure everything works properly and keep the homepage current
• Manage promo codes across the site, including abandoned cart flows and product page promo code updates
• Rearrange collections and support new product uploads to the online store
• Add and maintain product listings on Amazon and Nordstrom Marketplace, covering descriptions, inventory shipments, and fixes for listing flags or documentation issues
• Update shop links, images, and product mapping across Meta Commerce Manager, the Shopify Shop App, and TikTok Shop
• Prepare product images in Photoshop for our website customizer and code new customizer products with our developer

Mandatory Skills:

• Solid hands-on experience managing a Shopify store (orders, products, site content)
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central, including listings, inventory, and issue resolution
• Comfortable making light code edits to product pages and templates (HTML/CSS or Shopify Liquid)
• Working proficiency in Photoshop for product image preparation
• Experience processing e-commerce orders and creating shipping labels or airway bills
• Detail-focused, dependable, and autonomous
• Strong communication skills for customer support and team coordination

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Nordstrom Marketplace or other retail marketplace platforms
• Familiarity with Meta Commerce Manager, TikTok Shop, and the Shopify Shop App
• Experience creating or managing GS1 barcodes
• Familiarity with QuickBooks
• Experience coordinating with web developers on site features or fixes
• Background in fashion, jewelry, or accessories e-commerce
