Online Store Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an Online Store Operations Supervisor to oversee e-commerce operations and ensure all customer orders are shipped on time and to the required quality standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review order status, delivery addresses, and payment status, and confirm payment before shipping.
• Ship all online store orders to customers.
• Receive returns from shipping companies and close them in the system.
• Monitor all fulfillment center operations, system movements, and transfers; resolve any transfer issues and follow them up with the relevant department.
• Issue transfer notes, handle customer issues and exchanges with branches, and adjust stock balances in Oracle.
• Monitor fulfillment center stock and replenish it from main warehouses when needed.
• Ensure website product stock levels are kept up to date.
• Follow up on online order movements and statuses with the finance department, and coordinate with shipping companies on settling their dues.
• Track delivery companies and shipment status to ensure fast delivery, and identify the best performers by coverage cities and delivery speed when allocating shipments.
• Perform any other duties within the scope of the role.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in online store operations.
