Online Store Supervisor

• Manage the daily operations of the Official Online Store, including products, pricing, promotions, inventory, and content.
• Develop strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Manage promotional campaigns and new product launches.
• Improve website performance, customer experience, customer journey, and conversion rates.
• Oversee payment, checkout, loyalty, and membership features.
• Monitor key business metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion rate, AOV, CAC, and CLV.
• Prepare regular business reports and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Coordinate with regional HQ, internal teams, and external partners in Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in E-Commerce, DTC, Online Retail, or Digital Commerce.

• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.

• Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations and online business management.

• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, WooCommerce, or similar.

• Proficient in Google Analytics, CRM, digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and CRO.

• Knowledge of payment gateways, logistics, and customer service workflows.

• Advanced Excel and business reporting skills.
