Duties

• Conduct live, one-on-one or group tutoring sessions via online platforms, tailored to each student’s unique needs and learning styles
• Develop customized lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and individual learning objectives
• Use engaging teaching methods and multimedia tools to enhance understanding and retention of subject matter
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed
• Foster a positive, encouraging atmosphere that motivates students to participate actively and ask questions
• Maintain accurate records of sessions, student progress, and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with parents, guardians, or educators to support student success and address any special educational needs

Experience

• Proven experience in tutoring or teaching across various subjects, with a strong emphasis on communication skills
• Prior work with children or students requiring special education accommodations is highly desirable
• Familiarity with online teaching tools, virtual classroom management, and digital resources
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey concepts and provide guidance
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles and individual student needs
• Demonstrated patience, enthusiasm, and the ability to motivate learners of different ages and backgrounds

Pay: £2,118.33-£12,934.57 per month
