About the Role

We are looking for a confident, personable, and highly motivated Content & Fan Engagement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing conversations with subscribers on a creator's social media and subscription-based platforms, building strong relationships with fans, and helping maximise engagement and revenue.

This is a remote customer-facing role that requires excellent written communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to subscriber messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Build genuine relationships with subscribers through personalised conversations.
• Maintain the creator's tone of voice, personality, and communication style.
• Identify opportunities to increase subscriber engagement and sales.
• Promote appropriate paid content, offers, and promotional campaigns.
• Follow established sales and messaging strategies to achieve targets.
• Keep accurate records of conversations, sales activity, and customer interactions.
• Monitor subscriber engagement and identify opportunities for retention.
• Handle customer questions professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding creators, subscribers, and company information.
• Work independently while meeting daily and weekly performance targets.

Requirements

• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Confident and natural conversational style.
• Strong sales and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable communicating with a wide range of personalities.
• Good typing speed and attention to detail.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable equipment for remote work.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, social media, online communities, or chat-based roles is desirable but not essential.

Pay: £1,000.00-£10,000.00 per month
