Onshore (HSE Advisor)

We're seeking experienced Onshore HSE Advisors to support the US Renewable Projects in Pre-Assembly activities. If you have a strong background in construction, heavy industrial, energy, or offshore wind projects and are available to start soon, we'd love to hear from you.

Onshore HSE Advisor (Pre-Assembly)

Contract Details:

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: Until September/October
• Rotation: 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 6 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across the project.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Support toolbox talks, safety briefings, and incident investigations.
• Monitor contractor compliance and provide practical HSE guidance.
• Assist in the implementation of project-specific HSE plans during pre-assembly activities.

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience as an HSE Advisor on construction, energy, offshore, or infrastructure projects.
• TWIC Card
• OEUK/USCG/Fit for Duty Clearance Letter
• GWO
• Valid Driver's License or Passport
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Available to mobilize ASAP.
