Onshore Installation Technician

Swire Renewable Energy is looking for skilled Onshore Installation Technicians to join our upcoming project in Germany , starting August . We’re building both our Core Team and a strong group of Support Technicians to deliver a high‑quality installation of Vestas turbines .

• Rotation: 3/1
• Contract: B2B
• Right to work in the EU required

Requirements

• Valid GWO BST
• GWO BTT (Mechanical / Hydraulic / Electrical / Installation — depending on role)
• Experience in onshore turbine installation
• Strong safety mindset and ability to work in a structured team environment
• Vestas experience is a strong advantage

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting turbine installation activities (core or support role)
• Mechanical assembly, bolting, torqueing and installation tasks
• Working closely with site management and team leaders
• Ensuring safe, high‑quality execution throughout the project
