About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-to-Senior Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end talent acquisition pipelines for high-growth tech teams in the US market. Working on a permanent night shift out of our Makati office, you will serve as a strategic talent partner to US-based hiring managers—sourcing, engaging, and closing top-tier engineering, cloud, and data talent in a highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle US Recruitment: Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for specialized technical roles across the US region, delivering a high-touch candidate experience.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Partner directly with US engineering managers to translate complex job specs into targeted sourcing strategies.
• Proactive Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean queries, tech communities, and passive candidate engagement techniques to build robust talent pipelines.
• Technical & Cultural Screening: Conduct deep behavioral and technical screening to evaluate candidate competency, motivation, and team fit.
• Offer Management & Closing: Lead offer presentations, salary negotiations, and closing strategies while managing candidates through pre-boarding.
• Data & Pipeline Integrity: Maintain real-time ATS hygiene, track funnel metrics, and deliver weekly pipeline reports to executive stakeholders.

Core Qualifications

• US Market Expertise: 3+ years of dedicated experience in technical recruiting, specifically handling US tech roles (Software Engineering, Cloud/DevOps, Data Science, etc.).

• Shift Commitment: Proven track record and total willingness to work a permanent US night shift schedule.

• Technical Fluency: Strong grasp of modern software stacks, tech frameworks, development lifecycles, and engineering titles.

• Communication & Influence: Exceptional written and spoken English skills, with the executive presence to confidently guide and influence US stakeholders.
