Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in program and delivery management

, particularly within robotics and embedded software

environments. The candidate will coordinate technical delivery, manage distributed teams, handle escalations, and support project execution.

Education

• BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering , or a related engineering field.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall delivery plan , project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Manage program and delivery activities across engineering teams.
• Work with robotics and embedded software teams to triage technical escalations and drive issue resolution.
• Lead sprint planning and release planning activities.
• Manage and prioritize the offshore backlog .
• Drive delivery using Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
• Track and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations .
• Prepare and maintain sprint reports and project status reports .
• Coordinate onshore/offshore delivery governance .
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and escalations to stakeholders and executive leadership .
• Manage vendors and SOW-related activities .
• Coordinate with cross-functional engineering, product, program, and delivery teams.
• Maintain project documentation, plans, schedules, and delivery information.
