What they need
- Conduct comprehensive onsite audits of digital products and services, identifying barriers for users with disabilities.
- Evaluate website and application compliance with WCAG 1 AA/AAA standards and other relevant accessibility regulations.
- Perform manual testing using assistive technologies such as screen readers, magnifiers, and voice control software.
- Analyze user flows and critical tasks to ensure equitable access for all individuals.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Possession of recognized accessibility certifications (e.g., CPACC, WAS) demonstrating a commitment to the field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital accessibility auditing and testing.
- Proven experience auditing complex web applications, mobile apps, and enterprise software.
