As an independent subsidiary of HP Inc., we combine the agility of a specialist provider with the power of one of the world’s leading technology companies, giving our clients instant access to cutting-edge innovation backed by market-leading service operations! JOB DETAILS

Are you a recent college leaver with a technical qualification? Or perhaps you’re working in a different industry—like automotive, retail maintenance, or assembly—and are looking to kickstart a career in the technology sector?

At Apogee , we don’t just look at your CV; we look at your potential. If you have a "tinker" mindset, love solving puzzles, and enjoy helping people, this is the perfect first step into a long-term technical career. The Role

As our Onsite Engineer , you will be the face of Apogee for our clients. You’ll be the person they rely on to keep their office tech running smoothly. This isn’t a desk job - you’ll be on your feet, moving across multi-site locations, and getting stuck into the hardware.

Your day-to-day will involve:
Hands-on Fixes: Troubleshooting and repairing printers and office hardware on-site.

Proactive Maintenance: Keeping an eye on device health, replacing parts, and clearing jams before they become a problem.

Customer Support: Chatting with users, explaining how to use the kit, and providing a professional, friendly service.

Learning & Growth: Working alongside senior engineers on complex issues—perfect for building your technical knowledge.

Inventory Management: Managing toners and consumables to ensure the office never grinds to a halt.

This role is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. As the position is exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, applicants are required to disclose all spent and unspent convictions, cautions, reprimands, and final warnings that are not protected under the Exceptions Order 1975. Any offer of employment will be conditional upon a satisfactory DBS certificate and a risk assessment of any disclosed information. We are committed to fair recruitment and will consider disclosed information on a case-by-case basis, in line with our policy on the recruitment of ex-offenders. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Enjoy solving problems - you are naturally curious and committed to finding solutions when something is not working.
