🔧 Open QA Functions

• Manufacturing Quality Assurance (MQA)
• Service Quality Assurance (SQA)
• Return Material Authorization (RMA) / Failure Analysis (FA)
• New Product Quality Engineering (NPE QA)

---

🧩 Key Responsibilities

(Responsibility scope varies by level and function)

QA Engineer / Senior QA Engineer

• Execute quality assurance activities for assigned function
• Perform inspection, testing, audits, and quality analysis
• Conduct root cause analysis and support corrective & preventive actions
• Apply problem‑solving methodologies to address quality issues
• Support APQP, PPAP, DFMEA/PFMEA, Control Plans, and SPC activities
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Customers
• Prepare quality reports, analysis, and documentation

✅ Mandatory Qualifications (All Levels)

• Electronics AND Automotive industry experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of QA processes, systems, and methodologies
• Effective English communication skills (written & spoken)
• TOEIC or English Test ≥ 500
• Willing to complete a pre‑screening test prior to onsite interview

• QA Engineer / Senior Engineer:

  • 3+ years of Quality Assurance experience

• QA Function Head/Supervisor:

  • 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience

• QA Manager:

  • 10+ years of Quality Assurance experience
