Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Onsite IT Support Engineer to provide comprehensive technical support for enterprise end users, including Windows devices, Microsoft 365 applications, mobile devices, meeting room technologies and workplace infrastructure.
The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting capabilities, hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Teams Rooms, ServiceNow and enterprise IT support operations.
Key Responsibilities
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Windows 10 / Windows 11 troubleshooting
- Desktop and laptop hardware support
- Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams and OneDrive
- Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Apple iPhone / iPad support
- Android mobile device support
- Microsoft Teams Rooms and AV troubleshooting
- LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP and VPN fundamentals
- ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tools
- Incident, request and SLA management
- IT asset lifecycle management and CMDB
