Onsite IT Support Engineer – End User Support & Smart Hands

We are looking for an experienced Onsite IT Support Engineer to provide end-user support and smart hands/eyes services.

Locations: Vancouver, BC

Contract: October 5, 2026 – April 1, 2027

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM local time; occasional Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite desktop/end-user technical support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Perform smart hands/eyes activities, including equipment installation, replacement, cabling, and basic troubleshooting.
• Support IT equipment and peripherals such as laptops, desktops, printers, monitors, and network devices.
• Document incidents, service requests, and activities in the ticketing system.
• Coordinate with remote IT teams for issue resolution.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of onsite/desktop/field IT support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with hardware, Windows, peripherals, and basic networking.
• Ability to work independently at a client site.
• Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
