About Us: Join our dynamic team at Skyline Properties, where we are committed to providing exceptional living experiences for our residents. We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Onsite Leasing Agent to help us maintain our property and assist prospective tenants in finding their perfect home. We have 1 and 2 bedroom units available for this role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Cleaning Common Areas: Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of all common areas within the property.
• Showings: Conduct property tours and showings for prospective tenants, highlighting the benefits and features of our apartments.

Qualifications:

• Strong Communicator: Effectively communicate with prospective tenants, promptly addressing their inquiries while showcasing the value and comfort of living at our property through strong sales skills.
• Flexibility: Adapt to a flexible schedule to accommodate showings and cleaning duties as needed. Nights and weekends may be necessary
• Software Proficiency: Be proficient with property management software (training provided).
• Previous experience in a leasing or property management role is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and Section 8 housing programs is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
• Proficiency in sales techniques to effectively promote available properties.

Compensation and Benefits:

• 1/2 Off Monthly Rent: Enjoy significant savings on your rent as part of your compensation (1 or 2 bedroom).
