This highly visible role directly supports the customer experience, the success of the Onsite Program, and the KARL STORZ brand.
This position is remote and requires frequent travel throughout the United States, including travel to hospitals, operating rooms, laboratories, and surgery centers. Compensation for this role will be determined based on the appropriate level within the established salary structure. The current posting ranges are:

- Deliver customized training and education based on KARL STORZ products, customer needs, and the clinical environment.
- Oversee daily maintenance and management of KARL STORZ equipment, including inspection, documentation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and readiness support in the operating room.
- Analyze account and product-utilization data while building strong working relationships with nurses, physicians, Sterile Processing, Materials Management, and administrative stakeholders.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three or more years of experience as an OES, or three or more years of experience in Sterile Processing, surgical sales, surgical technology, or another relevant surgical or medical role.
- Advanced knowledge of operating room, Sterile Processing Department, and clinical processes, along with strong technical competence and knowledge of KARL STORZ products.
- Ability to help create and execute implementation plans while adapting to the processes, stakeholders, and requirements of multiple customer environments.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel, and ability to travel frequently throughout the United States.
What Will Make You Successful
- You quickly build credibility and productive working relationships with clinical, technical, and administrative partners.
- You are highly adaptable and comfortable entering new customer environments, learning unfamiliar workflows, and providing immediate hands-on support.
- You approach customer challenges with creativity, sound judgment, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
- You balance technical expertise with a service-oriented approach that consistently delivers a best-in-class customer experience.
- You are organized, self-directed, and able to manage frequent travel, changing priorities, and multiple account responsibilities.
