Onsite Service Engineer - Semiconductor

• Working Hour: Monday to Friday
• Location: Woodlands
• Cleanroom Environment

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, commissioning and planned maintenance activities independently.
• Provide front-line field service support, including fault finding, troubleshooting and rectification.
• Ensure all service activities comply with health and safety policies and procedures.
• Prepare accurate service reports and work with technical teams to resolve product issues.
• Use SAP to record service information and manage field service notifications and orders through to completion.

Requirements

• Nitec or Diploma in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or any of related discipline.
• Able to perform standby duties and night shift as required.
