Overview:

Join Xerox as an Onsite Service Technician, where you will provide expert service and technical support to customers in a fast-paced production environment. In this role, you will troubleshoot and repair equipment using electromechanical skills, deliver service in accordance with customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and serve as the primary onsite contact for maintenance, equipment availability, and customer satisfaction. This is a night shift position working 12-hour shifts between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM on a bi-weekly rotation of 3 days on/4 days off, then 4 days on/3 days off.

What You Will Do:

• Deliver outstanding customer service by managing service calls and resolving issues in accordance with customer SLAs
• Use electromechanical skills to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair assigned equipment
• Take ownership of customer satisfaction by serving as the primary contact for maintenance, production support, and supply inventory management
• Communicate equipment status and availability to the onsite client base and engage additional Xerox support resources as needed
• Train customers on assigned products to improve end-user knowledge and equipment functionality

What You Need to Succeed:

• Electromechanical troubleshooting experience, including the use of a multi-meter and the ability to read and understand electrical schematics
• Relevant experience may include roles such as HVAC technician, cable/internet technician, electrician, automotive mechanic, repair technician, military, or veteran technical experience
• Strong time management skills and a high level of reliability and dependability
• Ability to work in an active role that requires lifting up to 50 pounds, along with frequent walking, standing, squatting, and bending
• Strong commitment to safety, especially when working around electrical components
