Onsite Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for two full-time IT Support Engineers to provide on-site desktop support, help desk services, stockroom management, and mobile device management at our client's office. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth IT operations, with guidance from our remote engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Ensure timely resolution of IT support tickets.
• Act as the first point of contact for IT support requests.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and assistance to end-users.
• Escalate complex issues to the remote IT team when necessary.
• Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and accessories.
• Track hardware issuance, returns, and replacements.
• Organize and manage IT stock room logistics.
• Assist in configuring and deploying mobile devices.

About you

• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with IT asset tracking and inventory management is a plus.
• Understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions is preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow instructions from remote engineers and work independently.
