Onsite Support Engineer (L1)

NTT DATA is looking for an Onsite Support Engineer (L1) to provide hands-on IT support, desktop troubleshooting, data center assistance, and infrastructure support for one of our key global clients. If you're passionate about technology, customer service, and solving technical issues, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Provide onsite desktop and end-user support for hardware, software, and mobile devices
• Manage incidents, service requests, and tickets within SLA targets
• Support data center, network, and infrastructure operations through smart-hand activities
• Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot IT equipment and business applications
• Assist in technology refreshes, migrations, and rollout projects
• Work closely with global IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of a 2-year IT-related course or higher
• At least 1 year of experience in end-user support, smart-hand support, or data center operations within a BPO/ITES environment
• Knowledge of desktops, networks, server hardware, and IT infrastructure support
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
• ITIL, CompTIA A+, CCNA, or Microsoft certifications are an advantage
