What they need
We are looking for an Onsite Support Engineer (L1) for a key client based in Ghent .
Main tasks:
- Provide end-user support
- Resolve incidents logged by end users
- Perform service requests
- Troubleshoot local components
- Staging and configuration of PCs for new employees
- Carry out tests after changes, with the possibility of exceptional onsite interventions during the weekend
Requirements:
- At least one year experience in end-user support
- Experience with Windows 19, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD and Intune
- General knowledge of end-user management tools and environment
Languages: Dutch (B2) and English (B2)
Location: Ghent, on-site position.
