Work modality: onsite (Corporativo el Cafetal)

The Onsite Support Technician is responsible for end user support and work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• User support
• Diagnosis and resolution of IT issues
• Equipment configuration and maintenance
• Environment checklist

Skills & Competencies

• Advanced English communication
• 1 to 3 years' experience as technical support
• Operating Systems (Windows, macOS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP)
• Horizontal and Vertical Application Distribution, SCCM, Liquid, CDP, Atom
• Remote Access, Virtual Desktop
• MDM, PXE boot
• Microsoft 365, Collaboration Suites
• Hardware (desktops, laptops)
• Networking (TCP/IP, WiFi, VPN, VLAN, routing protocols)
• Service Desk/ITSM systems, ITIL
• Clarity and objectivity in oral and written communication
• Ability to explain technical solutions in accessible language
• Interaction with other IT teams and vendors
