About the role
Rizewell is looking for a dependable, welcoming person to support a short-term workplace wellness program at a client facility. You’ll help participants get comfortable with guided virtual reality experiences, keep sessions organized and support a smooth on-site experience.

This is a hands-on, nonclinical support role working alongside the Rizewell team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome participants, explain the session flow and assist with check-in.
• Prepare the VR station, check equipment readiness and help participants use the headsets.
• Clean and reset equipment between sessions using approved products and procedures.
• Keep the activity area organized and follow site safety requirements.
• Record attendance totals and general feedback using approved tools while protecting participant privacy.
• Escalate equipment issues or participant concerns to the designated lead.
• Help with setup, closing and daily handoffs within the scheduled shift.

Qualifications

• Friendly communication, patience and a helpful approach.
• Reliability, attention to detail and comfort following written instructions.
• Comfort using tablets, QR codes and basic digital tools.
• Availability for all listed dates in Bessemer.
• Customer service, events, hospitality or program-support experience is helpful. Prior VR experience is welcome but not required.
