Onsite Window Installer

A niche door and window manufacturer based in Middleton is looking for a reliable, hands-on person to join our team.

This is a varied role that involves both on-site installation work and time in our factory, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys practical work and isn’t afraid to get stuck in.

The role includes:

• Installing windows and doors on new builds and retrofit projects
• Measuring, planning and preparing for installations
• Liaising professionally with customers and other trades on site
• Factory-based assembly and general workshop duties
• Restocking and organising company vans and utes
• General hands-on work and supporting the wider team as required

About you:

Ideally, you’ll have experience in window or door installation, carpentry, or as a hammer hand.

We’re also happy to consider someone with strong practical and transferable building/trade skills who is keen to learn.

You will need to:

• Have good practical/handyman skills and a willingness to learn
• Be physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Hold a full NZ driver's licence
• Be comfortable working both on construction sites and in a factory environment
• Pass a MOJ
• Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test

Hours:

Monday to Friday, approximately 7:30am–4:30pm.

Some flexibility with start and finish times will be required depending on the day's work and site requirements.

Pay rate is $28-$33.00 (skill dependant)
