STRICT REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 years of Outpatient Coding experience
• Strong experience in:
• SDS (Same Day Surgery)
• Emergency Department (ED)
• Observation (OBS)
• At least 2 years of Coding Trainer/Training experience — MUST HAVE
• Active CPC or COC certification
• BS Nursing or Medical Allied graduate
• Strong knowledge of outpatient coding guidelines and processes
• Experience developing and delivering coding training programs

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced OP Coding Trainer who can leverage strong outpatient coding expertise and training experience to develop and deliver effective coding training programs.

The role will focus on training, coaching, assessing, and supporting coding professionals while ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable coding guidelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct training for outpatient coding processes
• Develop and deliver coding training materials
• Facilitate new-hire and process training
• Conduct coding assessments and knowledge checks
• Provide coaching and feedback to coding staff
• Monitor training progress and performance
• Support continuous improvement of coding knowledge and accuracy
• Ensure training content aligns with current coding guidelines and client requirements

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Outpatient Coding:

• 5+ years of experience
• SDS
• ED
• OBS

Training:

• 2+ years of experience in a Coding Trainer or Training role — MUST HAVE

Certification:

• CPC or COC — REQUIRED

SALARY

₱85,000–₱100,000

Final compensation will depend on qualifications, relevant experience, and recruitment results.

IMPORTANT

This position requires strong Outpatient Coding experience and proven Coding Training experience.

Candidates must meet the required 5+ years OP Coding and 2+ years Coding Trainer/Training experience.

Pay: Php85,000.00 - Php110,000.00 per month
