NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of Outpatient (OP) Coding experience
• Experience in SDS, ED, and OBS coding
• 2+ years of experience in a Coding Trainer/Training role – MUST HAVE
• CPC or COC certification – REQUIRED
• BS Nursing or Medical Allied graduate
• Strong knowledge of outpatient coding guidelines and documentation requirements
• Strong communication, presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills
• Experience conducting coding training, assessments, coaching, and knowledge checks
• Willing to work 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
• Willing to work under a WFH setup

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced OP Coding Trainer with extensive outpatient coding experience and a strong background in training and development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for training and developing coding professionals and ensuring they have the knowledge and skills required to accurately perform SDS, ED, and OBS outpatient coding.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver coding training programs for outpatient coding professionals
• Facilitate training sessions covering SDS, ED, and OBS coding
• Develop and update training materials, modules, and learning resources
• Conduct coding assessments, knowledge checks, and competency evaluations
• Provide coaching and constructive feedback to trainees
• Identify knowledge and performance gaps and provide appropriate training interventions
• Monitor trainee progress and training effectiveness
• Ensure trainees understand applicable coding guidelines and documentation requirements
• Collaborate with Quality and Operations teams to address coding-related performance gaps
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for coding training and processes

COMPENSATION & ALLOWANCES

Salary Package: ₱85,000–₱100,000

• CPC or COC certification required

Pay: Php85,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
