Responsibilities Job Description

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the outpatient billing and insurance department.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance claims and patient billing.
• Coordinate with insurance companies to resolve claim disputes and discrepancies.
• Supervise billing staff and provide guidance on complex billing issues.
• Develop and implement billing procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor and analyze billing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present regular reports on billing operations and financial performance.
• Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies.
• Provide training and support to staff on billing practices and software systems.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient billing experience.
