Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Center Business Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our healthcare center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth center operations, driving business growth, managing staff, and delivering an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall center operations and ensure efficient service delivery.

Supervise and guide Nurses, Phlebotomists, Receptionists, and other support staff.

Drive revenue growth through prescription conversion and patient engagement initiatives.

Plan and execute local marketing activities to increase patient footfall.

Coordinate with doctors and healthcare professionals for seamless operations.

Resolve patient concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Manage inventory, ensure stock availability, and maintain compliance with company policies.

Monitor operational performance and achieve business targets.

Eligibility Graduate in any discipline (BHM/MHA preferred).

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Healthcare, Hospital, Diagnostics, or Nursing Home operations.

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Target-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Work Schedule

Working Days: 6 Days (1 Rotational Off)

Timing: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PMSalary & Benefits
