Tonno Nero is an upscale Mediterranean restaurant preparing to open in Fort Lauderdale, led by Chef Joe Anthony, formerly of Gabriel Kreuther. We are committed to Michelin-level execution, responsible sourcing, and genuine hospitality.
We are holding an OPEN CALL for interviews for all hourly front and back of house positions:
- Chef de Partie
- Captain
- Sommelier
- Backserver
- Food Runner
- Bar Back
Qualifications
- Fine-dining, Michelin-level, or upscale restaurant experience preferred.
- Available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must have a current Food Handler's certificate for all positions

Pay: $12.00 - $24.00 per hour
