- Lead the development of complex 3D BIM models for precast elements, ensuring adherence to project specifications and BIM execution plans.
- Collaborate closely with structural engineers, architects, and other disciplines to integrate precast designs seamlessly into the overall project model.
- Generate detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and erection drawings from BIM models, incorporating all necessary annotations and tolerances.
- Perform clash detection and resolution for precast elements, proactively identifying and rectifying potential conflicts before fabrication.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field.
- 5–8 years relevant experience in BIM modelling, precast detailing or structural modelling.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and BIM software.
- UAE/GCC precast experience mandatory.
