Customer Service Representative – Tech & Consumer Services (Digital Ads Account)

ROLE SUMMARY

Provide customer support related to digital ads, consumer services, and account concerns. You will assist advertisers and users in managing campaigns, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth platform experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer inquiries related to digital ads and consumer services
• Assist with campaign issues, account setup, and basic troubleshooting
• Provide accurate information and platform support
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
• Document all interactions accurately in the system
• Maintain quality and performance standards

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or ALS Graduate
• At least 12 months Customer Care Experience (CCE)
• At least 6 months experience in Digital Ads, Meta Ads, or other online advertising platforms
• Tech background is preferred
• Good English communication skills (B2 level)
• Willing to work onsite in Eastwood
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
