Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Geomatics Engineering, Surveying Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, or other relevant disciplines depending on the position.
• Proven professional experience in one or more of the positions listed above.
• Previous experience in metro, railway, tunnel, TBM, underground works, infrastructure, highways, or large-scale construction projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project coordination, contract administration, cost control, planning, procurement, quality management, or project controls relevant to the applied position.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international project environment.
• Fluency in Romanian, both written and spoken, is required; proficiency in English is an advantage
• Candidates currently residing in Romania will be given preference.
