What they need
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor fintech/Payment applications, POS terminals and
related supporting systems.
- Monitor system alerts, perform initial diagnosis, and
escalate complex issues to the relevant teams (infra,
network, app support or vendor).
- Track and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service
requests through the ITSM/ticketing tool.
- Support merchant onboarding and transaction related
troubleshooting (POS, UPI, Soundbox, QR, etc.).
- Maintain documentation for issues, resolutions, and
standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Position /Objective / Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with POS systems, payment terminals, APIs and
- transaction flow.
- Experience with RDBMS (SQL, Oracle) for basic query
- execution and log analysis.
- Understanding of incident management tools (ServiceNow,
- Jira, Fresh service, etc.).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a 24x7, including shifts or weekends if
- required.
- Any job assigned from time to time.
