Role Descriptions: Key ResponsibilitiesChange Management OperationsSupport the lifecycle management of Standard| Normal| and Emergency Changes.Validate change requests for completeness| accuracy| and adherence to process guidelines.

Ensure proper risk assessment| impact analysis| and back-out plans are documented.Coordinate with change requesters| technical teams| and stakeholders for required inputs.

Governance ComplianceEnsure changes comply with defined Change Management policies and controls.

Support CAB (Change Advisory Board) and ECAB meetings by preparing change packs| agendas| and minutes.

Track approvals and ensure audit-ready documentation is maintained.

Coordination Communication Act as a single point of coordination between application| infrastructure| security| and business teams.

Communicate planned changes| maintenance windows| and potential impacts to stakeholders.

Escalate high-risk or conflicting changes as per defined escalation matrix.

Reporting Continuous Improvement Maintain change records and ensure timely closure with proper post-implementation reviews (PIRs).

Track and report change KPIs such as success rate| emergency changes| failed changes| and SLA adherence.

Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills CompetenciesTechnical Process SkillsGood understanding of ITIL Change Management concepts and lifecycle.Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred).

Basic understanding of IT infrastructure| applications| and release processes.

Soft SkillsStrong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
